RecruitmentRequires the following documents from the Overseas Employer in order
for us to successfully carry out the Recruitment Drive in India:
Demand Letter for the number of personnel required
mentioning, quantity, salary, duration of contract, other benefits,
terms & conditions etc.
Power of Attorney from the ‘Employer’ in the name of
York Recruitment, authorizing us to advertise, recruits and deploy
the required personnel on their behalf.
Employment Contract between the employer and the
employee.
A Copy of the Company’s Commercial License.
The above documents must
be duly Attested by the Chamber of Commerce (in the Employer’s
respective Country) and thereafter by the Indian Embassy in that
particular Country.
